Download the TIE upgrade packages from Software Catalog

Download the software manually from the Trellix product download site or using the Software Catalog in Trellix ePO - On-prem.

  1. Log on to the Trellix ePO - On-prem server as an administrator.

  2. Select Menu → Software → Software Catalog.

    The Updates Available tab lists the latest versions available for updates.

  3. Search for Trellix Threat Intelligence Exchange 4.x.x to see the available packages.

  4. Check in or download these packages:

    • TIE Platform

    • TIE Server

    • Server Management extension

    If Software Catalog doesn't show the TIE server packages, you can download and check in the packages manually.
