Extracts HTML as plain text. Use this when your email clients are set to render text only. When this is enabled, the URL extraction, matching, and rewriting ignores HTML semantics. This may cause more URLs or slightly different URLs to be extracted from the HTML and passed to Advanced URL Defense processing.
Note
Prior to Release 8.2.0, this command was hidden. Enabling it was sometimes recommended as a workaround to rewrite links in anchor text. In later releases, this is no longer necessary, as Advanced URL Defense was changed to automatically rewrite the anchor text. It is still used for the purpose indicated in this topic.
For details on using this command, see the Email Security — Server User Guide.
