Email incidents

Send an email with case details.

Configure a Trellix ESM email server (System Properties → Email Settings).

  1. Right-click a case and select Incident Management.

  2. Click Email Case.

    The Email Case panel appears.

  3. Enter email addresses and select options for the email and click Send.
