Enabling proxy mode on the Central Management System using the CLI

Use the commands in this topic to enable proxy mode on the Central Management System that is used as the cache proxy.

To enable the Central Management System as a cache proxy:

  1. Enable the CLI configuration mode.

    cm-hostname > enable
cm-hostname # configure terminal

  2. Enable proxy mode.

    cm-hostname (config) # fenet op-mode proxy

  3. Save your changes.

    cm-hostname (config) # write memory

  4. Verify that the Central Management System is in proxy mode. Enter the show fenet dti configuration command.

    cm-hostname (config) # show fenet dti configuration
