You can protect your Trellix Endpoint Security Agent (HX) from being removed on your host endpoints by requiring a removal password. You can enable and disable agent removal protection, specify the agent removal password, and identify host sets for which the agent removal password is not required. This setting can be specified for all of your host endpoints or for select host sets using the Endpoint Security (HX) Web UI or API.
Agent removal protection is only supported for Trellix Endpoint Security Agent (HX) running on Windows endpoints. Support is not provided for Linux or macOS endpoints.
