ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge 2.2.0 update 3 release includes resolved issues.
Important
For an uninterrupted connection with ePO - SaaS, you must upgrade to ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge 2.2.0.111 at the earliest. Otherwise, the Log On with Trellix ePO SAAS option will stop working, and you will not be able to connect to ePO-On-prem using the ePO - SaaS credentials.
Cloud Bridge version 2.2.0.109 for Trellix ePO – SaaS includes support for both the legacy URL iam.mcafee-cloud.com and the updated URL iam.cloud.trellix.com. During page navigation in the ePO console UI, the extension checks connectivity to the legacy URL. However, as of April 30, 2025, the system blocks access to iam.mcafee-cloud.com, and it is no longer accessible.
