Export rules

Export custom rules so you can import them to anotherTrellix ESM.

You can't export standard rules.

In the Rule Types pane of the Policy Editor, click the type of rules you are exporting.
Access a list of the custom rules of the type you selected:
1. In the Filter/Tagging pane, select the Filter tab.
2. Click the Advanced bar at the bottom of the pane.
3. On the Origin drop-down list, select user defined.
4. Click the Run Query icon .
Select the rules you want to export, then click File → Export → Rules.
On the Export Rules page, select the format to use when exporting the rules.
On the Download page, click Yes, select the location, then click Save.
Note
If you open the csv file using Microsoft Excel, some of the UTF-8 characters might be corrupted. To correct this, open the Text Import Wizard in Excel and select Delimited and Comma.
