fenet update appliance ＜applianceName＞ suspend

Suspends the update of system image and guest images on a Intelligent Virtual Execution - Server node in an MVX cluster. This command should only be used for Intelligent Virtual Execution - Server appliances, as described in the Distributed Network Security Cloud MVX Guide or Distributed Network Security IVX Smart Grid Guide.

Syntax

fenet update appliance <applianceName> suspend

Parameters

applianceName

The name of the appliance being updated.

Example

The following example suspends the update on the vx-1 node. In this example, the guest-images download operation was in progress.

cm-1 (config) # fenet update appliance vx-2 suspend
appliance suspend for vx-2:
success, operation initiated
  Run 'show fenet update status appliance vx-2' for status
cm-1 (config) # show fenet update status appliance vx-2
