guest-images download version

Downloads a specific guest image version.

Note

Guest image download by version is supported on version 17.0101 or higher.

You can only install a guest image version that is newer than the currently installed version.

Syntax

guest-images download version <version-id>

Parameters

version-id

The version ID of a specific guest image to download.

Examples

The following example downloads guest image version 17.0104.

hostname (config) # guest-images download version 17.0104

The following new profiles will be downloaded:
win7-sp1 - 17.0104
winxp-sp3 - 17.0104
win7x64-sp1 - 17.0104
win10x64 - 17.0104

Run 'show guest-images download' to check status.

The following example verifies the download for guest image version 17.0104.

hostname (config) # show guest-images download

A guest-image download is in progress.

Run 'guest-images download cancel' to cancel.
Default download limit-rate: 100 Kbps
