HelixConnect client network requirements

  • Connectivity with the HelixConnect registration URL. Add one of the following URLs to your firewall. The traffic uses HTTPS (port 443).

    • api.feconnect.fireeye.com (USA region).

    • api.eu.feconnect.fireeye.com (EMEA region).

    • api.ap.feconnect.fireeye.com (APAC region).

    • iam.cloud.trellix.com (Required for authentication).

  • Connectivity with the HelixConnect tunnel. OpenVPN TCP traffic uses ports 443 and 1194. Do only one of the following:

    • Add one of the following URLs to your Web proxy server and firewall.

      Note

      These IP addresses are assigned from a floating IP pool that changes over time. To allow access, you must add them to an allowed list on port 443 or 1194.

      • tunnel.feconnect.fireeye.com (USA region).

      • tunnel.eu.feconnect.fireeye.com (EMEA region).

      • tunnel.ap.feconnect.fireeye.com (APAC region).

    • Add the following static IP addresses to your Web proxy server and firewall.

      • 44.232.236.192—44.232.236.207 (USA region).

      • 18.158.62.16—18.158.62.31 (EMEA region).

      • 18.181.160.240—18.181.160.255 (APAC region).
