HelixConnect client software requirements

Make sure the following requirements are met on Endpoint Security (HX) appliances:
- IPv6 is enabled globally on the appliances. IPv6 is enabled by default. To verify, use the show ipv6 command.
- SAML authentication and authorization is disabled on the appliances. To verify, use the show aaa authentication saml command.
- Authentication through your Trellix Cloud Account is allowed. . To verify, use the show aaa authentication oidc command.

The following entitlements in Trellix Cloud Account are granted to admin users on Endpoint Security (HX) appliances. :
- appliance.role.admin or <appliance>.role.admin
  The appliance.role.admin entitlement is included in the "Trellix Appliance Admin" role, which is for all appliance types. The <appliance>.role.admin entitlement is included in the "<appliance> Admin" role. For example, hx.role.admin
- tap.appliance.management
