Indicates whether or not an Endpoint Security Agent (HX) should use the HTTPS proxy when contacting host machines with local or simple hostnames. When enabled, the HTTPS proxy is not used to contact hosts with local or simple hostnames.

Example
The HTTPS proxy server is not used when contacting the host machines with local or simple hostnames after the following command is run:
