Adds a comment to the interface.
Syntax
<no> interface <interface name> comment <comment>
Parameters
no
Deletes the comment.
interface name
The interface to be used.
comment
Enters a comment about the interface.
Examples
The following example adds a comment to the ether1 interface:
hostname (config) # interface ether1 comment Imported from
The following example deletes the comment from the etehr1 interface:
hostname (config) # no interface ether1 comment Imported from
