Specifies one or more domain names that are appended to unqualified hostnames before the Domain Name Service (DNS) query is sent to resolve the host IP address. This command relates specifically to resolving hostnames that are requested by Trellix appliance system operations and commands (such as ping) before the DNS query is sent to resolve the host IP address. If you specify multiple domains, they are tried one at a time (in sequence) to resolve the host address.
Use the no form of this command to delete a domain.

[no] ip domain-listdomain
Parameters
domain | Domain name to be appended to unqualified hostnames (such as “example.com”). You can specify multiple domains to be used to resolve unqualified hostnames (one for each command). |
