Associates a hostname with an IPv6 address.
Syntax
[no] ipv6 hosthostname ip_address
Parameters
| Deletes a host-to-address mapping. | |
hostname | Hostname. You can specify multiple host/address mappings (one per command). | |
ip_address | IP address of the hostname. |
Example
The following example maps “myhost” to the specified IPv6 address.
