ENDPT-60855

It is not possible to use an IPv6 address when configuring a Syslog server. If an IPv6 address is used, Event Streamer module will not be able to connect to the server.

ENDPT-107165

When large events are sent to a Syslog server, the event may be broken up into several smaller portions. This is due to size limitations with the Syslog protocol.

Upgrade is only valid going from the currently installed release to the next release of Event Streamer module. Upgrades from older versions which skip some intermediate versions are not valid.

ENDPT-113147

When there is an occasional modification to the console URL in the HX server, the Helix ID within the Helix configuration tab in the Event Streamer module is altered, causing the SAVE toggle button to become disabled.

Users are advised to make slight adjustments to the fields in the settings tab under the policies page in the Event Streamer module UI. This action will enable the SAVE toggle button, allowing the users to save the policy afterward.

ENDPT-113153

Upon adding the Event Streamer module by creating a new policy and swiftly engaging the SAVE toggle button, the Helix ID does not populate in the corresponding field within the Helix configuration tab on the policies page of the Event Streamer module.

After adding a new policy for the Event Streamer module, users are advised to verify in the configuration tab whether the Helix ID is populated. Once confirmed, proceed to save the policy.
