You can create account for other users by inviting them to ePO - SaaS.
Make sure you have one of these rights to access the Users and roles page,
ePO - SaaS account owner, an account created for the first time after purchasing the product.
Your account must have the MVISION Account Administrator role assigned.
The role assigned to your account must have this permission selected: View, create, and change users and roles; view subscriptions; view and update customer profile.
From ePO - SaaS, select Menu → Configuration → Users & Roles.
Click Invite User, next to Users.
Type the first name, last name, and the email address of the user you wish to invite to create an account.
Click Invite.
An automated invite is sent to the user. They must set their credentials and activate their account to use ePO - SaaS. After the user account are activated, you can view their details in the Users pane.
