You can migrate from TACC 8.4.x to TACC 9.0.x, which is managed by ePO - SaaS. There is no automatic upgrade path for this migration.
As part of the migration, the following components are migrated:
TACC systems
TACC policies and assignments
TACC rules
TACC client task assignments
Active Directory (AD) configurations
Note
Events and historical data are not migrated. This includes Solidcore events, Policy Discovery requests, and inventory data.
To migrate, follow these steps:

This migration supports only the Application Control module. The migration extension automatically flags endpoints with a mix of modules (such as Application Control and Change Control) as incompatible and excludes them from the process.
Post-migration tasks
After migrating to ePO - SaaS, it is recommended to upgrade the TACC client to the latest version. Until the client is upgraded, the system can report a mismatched version number in the System Tree. After you upgrade the client, you must reboot the system for the new TACC client version to appear in the System Tree.
