Modifying an On-Demand Scan

You can modify an on-demand malware scan associated with any malware scan policy within the agent default policy or a custom policy.

To modify an on-demand malware scan:

  1. From the Admin menu, select Policies to access the Policies page.

  2. In the Policies table, click the link for the policy you want to modify.

  3. Select the Malware Scans tab.

  4. In the Scheduled Scans section, locate the scheduled scan you want to modify and click the scan link. The example below highlights the AM Scan.

  5. Click the scan link to access the Edit Scan window.

  6. Modify the scan settings.

  7. Click Save to update your scheduled scan.

  8. Click Save to update your Malware Scans policy with the modified on-demand malware scan.

    Important

    Your on-demand malware scans are not saved to your Malware Scans policy until you click Save.
