The Host Management module, formerly called as Agent Status module, allows you to view the state of your host endpoints running the Endpoint Security Agent (HX) software.
After you install and enable the Host Management module, a Host Management page appears at the top of the Hosts menu. This page displays the current state of the agent components showing which engine is enabled on a given host. The Host Management page is also used to create and manage filter sets for your agents.
Use the Host Management module settings page to specify the following settings:
How frequently the agent's information is refreshed.
The time before which the agent's information must be refreshed.
The level at which messages of the agents are logged.
The time of the agent's status records are kept before they are deleted.
