network‑dns Audit

Prev Next

Collects domain name system (DNS) records from host endpoint in-memory DNS cache tables. The DNS cache table is maintained by the DNS client services windows component (which must be running for the table to be resident). It stores various DNS records that describe recently visited website domains.

This audit was formerly known as the w32network-dns audit.

Memory-related audits are not supported for host endpoints running Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016.
