The following network-based processes are running, or can be run in the evaluated configurations of the appliance, except where explicitly stated:
ICMP is supported inbound and outbound for detection and troubleshooting of network connectivity.
SSHv2 is supported inbound and outbound for remote administrative access to the appliance.
Syslog is supported outbound for transmission of audit records to a remote syslog server (syslog connections must be tunneled through TLS).
NTP is supported for time synchronization.
TLS is supported outbound for protection of audit records sent to a remote syslog server.
