pm failure max-sysdumps-age

Sets the maximum number of days to keep sysdumps. The default value is set to 365 days.

Syntax

[no] pm failure max-sysdumps-age <number of days>

Parameters

Use the no form of this command to set the retention of sysdumps to its default value of 365 days.

number of days

The number of days to keep sysdumps.

Example

The following command configures the sysdumps to be retained up to 300 days. You can verify the setting with the show pm command.

hostname (config) # pm failure max-sysdumps-age 300
hostname (config) # show pm
			Process launch / shutdown:

			...

			Crash handling:

			...
			Maximum number of sysdumps to allow:    100
			Maximum number of days to keep sysdumps:    300
