policymgr interface <port-pair-name> drop http comfort-page enable

Enables posting an HTTP comfort page to the HTTP requester on the specified interface.

Important

You must use the policymgr interface <port-pair-name> re-configure command for the changes to take effect.

Note

If the comfort page is disabled and TCP reset is enabled, a TCP reset message is sent to the client and server.

Syntax

[no] policymgr interface <port-pair-name> drop http comfort-page enable

Parameters

Use the no form of this command to disable posting an HTTP comfort page to the HTTP requester on the specified interface.

<port-pair-name>

Designation (A or B) that is configured on the appliance interface.

Example

The following example enables posting an HTTP comfort page to the HTTP requester on interface A.

hostname (config) # policymgr interface A drop http comfort-page enable
hostname (config) # policymgr interface A re-configure
