Enables sending an icmp-port-unreachable message to the sender for the relevant operational mode on the appliance interface.

Important

You must use the policymgr interface <port-pair-name> re-configure command for the changes to take effect.

Syntax

[no] policymgr interface <port-pair-name> drop udp icmpport-unreachable enable

Parameters

Use the no form of this command to disable sending an icmp-port-unreachable message to the sender for the relevant operational mode on the appliance interface.

<port-pair-name>

Designation (A or B) that is configured on the appliance interface.

Example

The following example enables sending a TCP reset message on the specified interface.

hostname  (config) # policymgr interface A drop udp icmpport-unreachable enable
