Enables layer 3 mode on supported Network Security appliance deployed on an EXSi host, KVM server, or Hyper-V server. (If the appliance is in a cloud deployment, layer 3 mode is always enabled.)

policymgr layer3-mode enable
no policymgr layer3-mode enable

The no form of this command disables layer 3 mode.

The following example enables layer 3 mode:
