To analyze the products installed on endpoints, Endpoint Upgrade Assistant queries the Trellix ePO - On-prem 5.10.x or 5.9.x database. Refreshing the information in the database ensures that all products installed on the endpoints in your environment are reported correctly.
When the version information for Trellix products on one or more endpoints is not correctly captured in the database, those endpoints are blocked from upgrades. In some cases, endpoints might report blank or incorrectly formatted version information. You can often resolve issues reported in Endpoint Upgrade Assistant by sending endpoints an agent wake-up call that asks for full properties.
From the Overview tab, select Export System and Product Details to export details about these endpoints in CSV format.
Use this information to identify and resolve issues with each endpoint.
Create a ePO - On-prem task to update the client properties for these specific endpoints.
This refreshes the information in the ePO - On-prem database.
