This reaction performs a Validation and Trust Protection (VTP) check on endpoints before removing a file.
If the target endpoint is offline when this reaction is executed, the reaction is saved and executed when the endpoint is back online. If a specific file cannot be deleted because a process blocks it, the file is deleted when the endpoint reboots.
