Reset high availability Receivers

Reset high availability Receivers to the state they were in before being set up for high availability. Use the Trellix ESM console or the terminal menu.

  1. Reset a Receiver from the console.

    1. On the system navigation tree, select a Receiver and clickProperties.

    2. Click Receiver Configuration → Interface.

    3. Deselect Setup High Availability, then click OK.

  2. Reset a Receiver from the terminal menu.

    1. Connect a monitor and keyboard to one of the Receivers.

    2. Log in to the root account.

    3. On the terminal menu, select Disable HA.

    4. Save your changes before exiting.
