Server tasks are scheduled management or maintenance tasks that you run on your ePO - On-prem server. Server tasks enable you to schedule and automate repetitive tasks. Use server tasks to monitor your server and software.

Depending on your permissions, you can use default server tasks as is, edit them, or create new server tasks using ePO - On-prem.

Endpoint Security Firewall Property Translator

Translates Host Intrusion Prevention client rules in the client properties stored in the ePO - On-prem database, and adds them to the Firewall Client Rules page.

When enabled, the Endpoint Security Firewall Property Translator task runs automatically every 60 minutes and requires no user interaction. To see immediate feedback from actions on the client, run an agent wake-up call, then run this server task manually.
