ePO - SaaS enables you to specify the retention period for log files, and that files exceeding this period will be automatically deleted. This is a useful feature for organizations that need to manage the storage of log files in a way that meets their specific requirements for compliance, security, and operational efficiency. By automating the deletion process, users can avoid the need for manual intervention and ensure that log files are not kept longer than necessary.
Select Menu → Configuration → Settings.
From the Setting Categories list, select Data Retention Policy.
Click Edit.
You can specify a value between 1 and 365 days for these logs:
Audit Log
Product Events
Server Events
Server Task Log
Threat Events
Note
ePO - SaaS has a maximum data retention period of 365 days. After one year, all log files will be deleted automatically by the system.
Click Save.
