Quarantined files are automatically deleted from the host endpoint after a set aging period. This helps reduce storage capacity issues on your host endpoint. You can configure the aging period, which defines how long quarantine files are stored on your host endpoint before they are removed, using the Web UI or the API. The default aging period is 90 days.

To set the aging period for quarantined files for all host endpoints:
Log in to the Web UI as an administrator.
From the Admin menu, select Policies to access the Policies page.
In the Policies table, click the Agent Default Policy link to access the Edit Policy page.
Select the Quarantine tab.
In the Delete files from quarantine that are older than field, enter the number of days after which any quarantined file will be automatically deleted from the endpoint host. Specify the quarantine period in days. The minimum is one day. The maximum is 365 days.
Click Save.
Note
After you save, click Reset to defaults to revert the Quarantine File Aging settings to the default settings.

Select the Quarantine tab.

Click Save.
