Yes, you can export the blocked and allowed senders and recipients addresses from one TSME server to another. To do this:
From the product's user interface, click .
Under Core-Scanners.
Under Options, click Edit.
Click the Mail Lists tab, and then click Export to save all Blacklisted and Whitelisted senders/recipients to a CSV file.
