You can use the Automatic Triage Settings page to specify the automatic triage throttle settings you want to use. You can specify global settings and settings for each alert type.
Caution
Do not change the triage throttling settings without consulting Trellix Customer Support.
To specify automatic triage throttle settings:
Log in to the Endpoint Security (HX) Web UI.
From the Configure section of the main menu, select Triage Settings.
In the Global Triage Settings region of the Automatic Triage Settings page, specify the limit and period of time for the following:
Maximum Triages
Per Individual Agent
Per Agent and Condition
In the Alert Type Specific Settings region of the Automatic Triage Settings page, specify the limit and period of time for the following:
Real-Time Detection (IOC)
Exploit Guard Detection (EXD)
Process Tracker (PRO)--This alert type is only available if you are using the Process Tracker module in conjunction with the Enricher module, and you have configured these modules to generate PRO alerts.
Click Save to save your changes.

You can change a value back to the default setting by clicking Reset to Defaults, and clicking Save.
