MACC-12402

New docker deployments now run successfully after installing TACC 6.6.1.

Fixes to features

MACC-12312

TACC in the enable or updater mode no longer crashes when processing mount and unmount calls simultaneously in the docker environment.

Fixes to features

MACC-12509

The error logs no longer appear as the log level is adjusted from 'error' to 'detailed' when an updater-defined application is initiated before TACC. This adjustment does not have any functional impact.

Updater applications no longer get blocked if they are started before TACC and needed to access unsolidified files.
