Upgrade support

This release supports upgrading from the following Application Control client versions:

Skiplist feature support—This release introduces support for the 'skiplist -s' feature on TACC Linux. This allows users to exclude specified files and folders from solidification by running a sadmin command. For example: sadmin skiplist add -s <path/file>

Libcurl upgrade—This release upgrades the Libcurl version to 8.15.0.

OpenSSL upgrade—This release upgrades the OpenSSL version to 3.5.2.

New kernel support—This release supports Rocky Linux 10, RHEL 9.7, and RHEL 10.1 in addition to the latest versions of the Linux kernel and other platforms:
