Uninstalling the ePO - On-prem software requires specific consideration of your database.
If you intend to reinstall ePO - On-prem software later, and want to manage agents deployed by the current installation, back up your agent-server communication keys. You can't regenerate these keys later.
Close all database management software.
On the system where your ePO - On-prem server is installed, open the Windows Control Panel, then click Programs and Features → Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator-On-prem → Uninstall/Change.
The Remove Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator-On-prem dialog box opens.
Select whether to Also remove the ePolicy Orchestrator-On-prem database, then click Remove.
Note
Supply credentials to grant sufficient permissions to remove the database. If the provided credentials are not sufficient, you can complete the uninstall process without removing the database.
