On uninstalling the SELinux package, Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS) for Linux processes will not be under SELinux confinement and the SELinux policies will be unloaded from your system.
Run these command to uninstall the SELinux RPM package.
For RedHat 7.1 and later:
rpm -e McAfeeENS-selinux-10.7.0‐<build-number>.el7.noarch
For RedHat 8.x machines:
rpm -e McAfeeENS-selinux-10.7.0‐<build-number>.el8.noarch
The sample output on applying this command is:
$ rpm -e McAfeeENS-selinux-10.7.0-10.el7.noarch Uninstalling McAfeeENS-selinux Finished uninstallation
