Upgrading to ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge resolves an issue with login to ePO - On-prem using ePO - SaaS.

  1. Log on to ePO - On-prem as an administrator.

  2. Install the ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge 2.2 Update extension.

  3. In ePO - On-prem, go to Menu → Configuration → Server Settings, and select ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge.

    1. Click Unlink in the Status field.

    2. Select Yes to confirm the unlinking process.

  4. Once unlinking is complete, configure ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge.
