Enables or disables the Network Security appliance to whitelist uncategorized third-party URLs for SSL interception.
When you enable the Network Security appliance to whitelist uncategorized third-party URLs, the appliance will exclude the uncategorized URLs from decryption. By default, the appliance will not exclude the uncategorized third-party URLs from decryption, and the URLs are not whitelisted.
