Viewing and managing alerts

Use the Endpoint Security (HX) Web UI to view and managing alerts from the Alerts page or the Hosts tab.

  • The Alerts page gives you a comprehensive view of all alerts. Within this tab, you can sort, filter, and search for alerts based on criteria such as hostname or IP address. See Viewing alerts on the Alerts page for more information.

  • The Hosts tab lets you view alerts for a specific host endpoint. See Viewing alert and event information per host for more information.

    Expand host endpoint information to see what alerts occurred for the host. If an alert originated from another Trellix product or service (a source alert), this page also provides information and links to help you detect trends and access more detailed information. You can find additional information about source alerts on the Rules page. See Trellix source alerts.

  • Admin, Analyst, Senior Analyst, or Investigator access
