Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) setup

Task

  1. Log on to the AWS console.

  2. Search for ‘VPC’ service in the search field, then select the result.

  3. Click Create VPC to set up a new VPC if required, according to your network needs.

    Note

    TIE Server can be deployed in a new or existing VPC.

  4. Enter the name of VPC and IPV4 CIDR field which denotes the starting IP and size of your VPC. You can either create a VPC alone or a VPC with subnets.

  5. Select the Availability Zones (AZs) and the number of public and private subnets.

  6. Click Create VPC.
