Generally, sites with fewer agents can set the xAgent full poll interval lower than sites with many agents. However, performance issues can occur if the full poll interval is set too low. If xAgent performance seems slow in your environment, consider increasing the full poll interval.
The full poll interval distributed with the Endpoint Security (HX)xAgent software is 600 seconds (10 minutes).
