The Access Key and Secret Access Key are set in the Amazon S3 storage host. You can obtain these values from the storage administrator who has the permission to set these keys in the host platform.
To configure the user details in the Web UI:
Log in to the File Protect appliance Web UI.
Click the Settings tab.
Click Storage on the side bar.
In the AWS Configuration section, enter the Access Key ID.
