Appliance health

Prev Next

Helix Enterprise-enabled appliances automatically upload health reports to Helix Enterprise. Reports are uploaded at regular intervals and when certain health-related events (such as a license state change or a disconnection from a Central Management System appliance) occur.

The reports are uploaded every five minutes by default, but you can change the frequency. You can also manually upload reports immediately. Health reporting can be disabled, but it automatically resumes when the appliance is reloaded.

The following table describes the health reporting configuration and status information you can view on each appliance.
