Checking HelixConnect status using the Web UI
This section describes how to check HelixConnect status in the appliance Web UI and the Trellix Helix Web UI.
To view HelixConnect status in the appliance Web UI:
Log into the appliance Web UI.
Select About > Health Check > Services Health.
View the status of the HelixConnect service.
To view HelixConnect status in the Trellix Helix Web UI:
Log into the Trellix Helix Web UI.
Select Manage > Appliances.
Click the name in the Appliance column.
Locate the Services Health section.
Hover over the helix connect status field for health details, including remediation steps.
