Verify that the customer ID on the Central Management System appliance matches the ID in the IAM Web UI.
Run the show version command in the Central Management System CLI and locate the Customer ID field.
Log into your Trellix Cloud Account and click My Settings > My Organization. Locate the Oracle Customer ID field on the Organization Settings page.
Verify that appliances are connected to the Central Management System appliance and are running a version compatible with Helix Enterprise.
Run the show cmc appliances detail command. Verify that the Connected field in the Connection status section is yes. Review the Client software version field in the Appliance Status section.
Verify that alert streaming from the Central Management System appliance is disabled.
Run the show fenotify integ helix command. If the enable field is yes, run the no fenotify integ helix enable command.
