Configuring Azure Blob

To add your Azure account details to your File Protect appliance:

Note the following details from your Azure Blob account:
- Account Name
- Shared Access Key
- Subscription ID
To add the details via the File Protect Web UI, go to Settings>Storage and enter the details under the Azure Configuration section.
To add the details via the File Protect CLI, use the following commands:
- fmps azure config account-name <name>
- fmps azure config sas-key <sharedAccessKey>
- fmps azure config subscription-id <subscriptionID>
You can verify the added details using the following command:
- show fmps azure config

After you configure Azure Blob storage on the File Protect appliance, you can create a new event subscription on your Azure Blob account and assign them to the queue.
