You can set the number of days to retain data in the database such as backups and configuration settings using theCentral Management System appliance Web UI. Data will be purged after the retention period. You can change the frequency and time of the data purge.
Note
Artifacts outside the database cannot be purged using this option.
To configure data retention period:
Select Settings > Data Retention Policy.
In the Retention Period field, enter the number of days to retain data.
Batch Size for records is usually fixed.
Select purging frequency from the Scheduled drop-down menu.
Select purging time from the Time drop-down menus. Syntax for time is hh:mm.
