Create a device exclusion for campaign detection events

When an exclusion is created, Insights fetches all exclusions that are added to ignore campaign detection events.

From the Devices and Events page, select the required device and select Take Action → Create an Exclusion For Campaign Detection Events. Alternatively, you can go to the Settings page and select Exclusions → Take Action → Add Device.
Add the device(s) name, product, and note(s). These fields are mandatory.
1. Add Device - If selecting by device, you can search using a substring in Agent-GUID and System Name fields.
2. Add Product - Select ENS or EDR from the dropdown.
Click Save to create the exclusion.
When an exclusion is created, a confirmation notification is displayed. Click Refresh now to refresh the page. You must refresh the user interface after creating, deleting, and editing exclusions for the updates to take effect. This includes campaigns and non-campaign related exclusions.
